BREATHE - As we race around trying to accomplish everything on the our do lists, the stress this creates, causes us to not breathe as deeply as we could. This in turn exacerbates our body's stress response. Take 5 minutes today, to connect with your breath and do it consciously. Breathe in....and out...nice and deep...in...and out...feel the tension leave...in...and out...there, doesn't that feel better?
PAUSE - Have you paused today? We can be so busy racing around we forget about ourselves. I invite you to take a few moments to pause...ask yourself "how am I feeling?" "What do I need?"
Really feel into your feelings. Have you had enough water today? Did you remember to eat lunch? What is your body trying to remind you?
