I haven't channeled "publicly" for a wee while, but I was guided during the Autumn equinox to do so. My team talk a bit about the Equinox itself, but it's more about Autumn and how we can use those energies to support our expansion.

Today, we wish to share the energies of this season with you. There has been much written and talked about with the energies of the equinox. The equinox in your part of the planet is the beginning of the journey within.
The last two seasons, what you call Spring and Summer, are very much energy directed outward. There is lots of activity. Lots of doing, lots of sharing, lots of outside play, shall we say. This equinox marks the turning point. It is the focus on the energies within. A time for stillness, a time for reflection, a time to prepare for planting the seeds for the next phase of your journey.
Seeds are planted in the dark. They grow and expand in the dark and then they burst into the light. And it is the same with you. It is a time of reflecting inward. Reflecting where you have been in this last cycle and where you are intending to be in the next one.
May I suggest some time in nature in the next couple of days. A chance to reflect on where you have been, where you are going, with a focus on connecting to your Inner Light. It is time to Tune in. How does that light look? Now we all know that your Inner Light shines very, very brightly. But there are aspects of their light that may still need a wee polish. Or a wee uncovering. Your overall light is almost blinding, but your inner light still has human aspects. There are layers to let go. There are layers to observe. There are layers to polish, shall we say. And as you do this with each and every layer, your blinding light grows ever stronger. Shining your light from within allows you to stand in your own power and be who you truly are. Shining your light is important work. Allowing your light to shine, even more so.
There are aspects of your human conditioning that prevent you from fully expanding your light. And those are the aspects you would do well to observe.
This is the perfect time. As this one has been made aware, the new moon is today - a time for setting intentions. The equinox is in truth tomorrow morning - a time for letting go and setting the path anew.
Where are you going, Dear Ones? How are you shining, Dear Ones? What is next, Dear Ones?
I invite you to ask yourself some questions. I invite you to ponder on this. Explore, trust, discern. There are many ways for seeds to grow. As those of you who garden will understand, there are many different methods suitable for each different seed. The same holds true for you. The way that you choose to grow - the conditions that you need to grow - may very well be different from the person next to you. For you are all very, very unique. You each have your own energetic signature. You have your own needs. You have your own plan. You have your own pathway. And only you can truly discern what that will look like.
There is a colour that dominates this time of the year on your planet, and that is the golden ray. Not the bright Gold of the sun, but the gold of the leaves as they fall. That gold ray invites reflection, it invites growth, it invites expansion, in the way of the stillness. The bright gold rays of Summer provide growth and expansion by way of doing. You see how this is different? We invite you to close your eyes for a moment, and bring into your awareness, the gold of the leaves that are coming. And as you imagine yourself bathed in that colour, allow yourself to experience how that feels for you. (Take a pause for a few moments and feel that now...)
We invite you to spend time in this energy each day. Whether in the space of your imagination or outside in nature herself. It matters not. We merely suggest you might enjoy it.
