Healing Sessions

There are a variety of modalities that can be utilised in a Healing Session with me. Below are the various modalities I integrate into my practice.  You are always welcome to request a particular modality, but I do invite you to let go of any expectations and allow the session to flow in the most benevolent way with the modalities best suited to your needs at the time.  
Sessions can be either 1 hour or 2 hours,  and can be arranged together in-person or online.  Please allow up to 30mins extra for your first session.

Reiki

​This gentle healing modality is the foundation from which my sessions are conducted.  Reiki has been around for over a hundred years now, and is known to bring the body back into balance, re-activating the body’s innate healing wisdom. Reiki is a natural therapy and can be integrated with any health plan.  It is also completely safe while pregnant, and beneficial for children.  You will find more information on Reiki here

Akashic Records

Our Akashic Record holds the energy of our past life experiences, especially as they relate to both our current physical and emotional states.  Reading the records brings insights and information to support our current journey.  For example we can ask about soul contracts, or our career potential.  We can ask why we have particular health concerns, and what would be the most important thing for us to focus on.  
Utilising the Records for healing, allows us to clear and release any blocks, fears, past life trauma, limiting beliefs and generational family patterns.  We can also bring healing energy to the physical body.

Crystal Healing

Occasionally guidance is received to incorporate Crystal or  Andara energies into your session.  This may take the form of the physical gems or the essence of those gems. 

Essential Oils

Essential Oils bring healing on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level which in turn brings more depth and support to your session.  Guidance may be received to diffuse oils during your session, or for a singular oil or oil blend that would best be utilised after your session.  Oils and blends are available for purchase if desired.

BlueStar Quantum Healing

This quantum healing method will gently and completely re-orientate your etheric body bringing it into alignment with your physical body allowing you greater connection to the quantum, your true energy and home.  This is a deep healing dependent on your divine plan,

Rekindled Ancient Wisdom - ​This modality combines the power of affirmations with your body's own infinite wisdom allowing a gentle release of any trapped emotions, that are preventing you from living your best life.  Emotions can become trapped when we do not have the ability to express them in the moments they are felt.  They can also be carried forward from past lives.  This is a gentle way to bring your body, mind and spirit into harmony with who you truly are.  Painful memories are not required to be shared or re-visited in anyway.
